3. How to report a shop
- On any shop page, choose “Report this shop” at the bottom. It opens an email to Plevar with the shop named in the subject.
- Or email privacy@plevar.app with the shop's web address and what is wrong. Name the product if it is about one.
- Plevar reviews reports and may act on them (Seller terms, section 8).
- A problem with your order? Contact the shop first: you paid the shop directly, and Plevar does not hold your money.
